Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-20
These terms apply to TeamCerts (https://teamcerts.com). By creating an account or buying, you agree to them.
The service
TeamCerts is a simple online tracker for employee training records and certificate expiry dates, made for small companies without HR. Add your employees or import a CSV, list the trainings and certificates each role needs and how long they stay valid, then log completion dates. TeamCerts works out every expiry date, shows a color-coded training matrix, builds a checklist for each new hire and emails you every Monday with what has expired, what is missing and what expires in the next 30 days. Export to CSV for audits. Not an LMS: no courses, videos or quizzes.
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided "as is". Check important results before you rely on them.
Your account
Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record: Creem charges you, issues the invoice and handles sales tax or VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your account and keep access until the period ends. Credit packs do not expire while your account exists. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to upload content you have no right to use, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
What you upload or enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you. See our privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or on this page before they apply.
